We are happy to make our castle, seminar rooms and land available for your workshops, seminars and events.
Our extensive grounds (44 hectares) also offer many opportunities for walks, meditation, swimming in the lake or simply relaxing and connecting with nature.

From First Contact to a Successfully Booked Seminar

We will arrange a Zoom or in-person meeting to discuss your seminar, provide information materials, and plan the implementation together.
3. Booking confirmation
Once you confirm the booking under our terms and pay the reservation fee, we will publish the course on our website and share it within our network and on social media.
4. Participant registration
Participants register for the seminar directly with you. Once they receive their participation confirmation, they can book their desired accommodation and meals with us.

Are you paying too much for seminar venues with hidden fees?
At Château de Dompierre, enjoy a beautiful setting without additional costs for seminar rooms and facilities.
Managing budgets and logistics can be challenging. Hidden fees for room usage, early check-ins, and more add up.
We offer a range of accommodations, from tents to suites, and coordinate guest logistics transparently.
Many venues are impersonal and similar.
Here, you’ll find tranquility, privacy, and a personalized experience—locally sourced food, a unique location, and a family atmosphere.
Information and conditions

ACCOMMODATIONS

You can stay overnight with us on any budget. From your own tent to a deluxe suite in the castle, everything is available. In total we have sleeping places for 23 people, 10 places for tents and 3 camping pitches. The castle can accommodate 13 people, has 2 suites with double beds and 3 rooms with several single beds. In the outbuilding there is the dovecote, a multi-bed room for 5 people and in the forest there is the beautiful yurt “Lune”, which can accommodate 3 people and last but not least the tower apartment is a little gem for 2 people. A separate house with a kitchen and two rooms is available for the seminar leaders.

SEMINAR ROOMS

Two rooms are available for seminars and events: The large salon in the castle with 54m2 and the yurt in the forest with 28m2. In addition, there are many outdoor spaces that can also be used.

CULINARY

The cuisine for our seminar guests is vegetarian, organic and regional. We use high-quality food from our permaculture garden and buy from local markets and organic suppliers. Our cooking is seasonal and varied.

Our meal times for your seminar planning:
  • Breakfast: 08:00 – 10:00
  • Lunch: 13:00 – 14:00
  • Dinner: 18:30 – 19:30

Conditions

We look forward to receiving your inquiry at [email protected]. Please send us a brief description of your seminar or course, room requirements, desired time period and number of participants.

  1. We will suggest a date (Zoom or in person) and discuss the implementation of your desired seminar with you, provide you with information material and address your ideas and discuss the implementation together.
  2. We will confirm your booking on our terms and conditions and you will pay the reservation fee/deposit. As soon as we have received your deposit, we will reserve your desired date and seminar room and publish your seminar on our website and social media.
  3. The participants book the seminar with you and as soon as they have a confirmation of participation, they book the desired accommodation and food with us.
  4. Your seminar takes place and you and your participants are satisfied.

Our conditions:

We do not charge event organizers for the use of the rooms if the course brings in at least 10 participants or bookings of rooms and food for 1000 euros per day.
Important:
Please note that we can generally only accept seminar bookings of three nights or more.

Deposit

  • for seminars up to and including 5 days: Euro 1000
  • for seminars lasting 6 days or more: Euro 2000


If your seminar has to be canceled, the amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.


The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellations > 180 days before the start of the seminar: CHF 100 processing fee
  • Cancellations 180 days – 120 days before the start of the seminar: 50% of the deposit
  • Cancellations 120 days or less before the start of the seminar: 100% of the deposit


For early seminar cancellations with a claim to a refund, a written cancellation by registered letter is required. If the reserved premises can be rented out to someone else of equal value, the cancellation costs will be waived. In the event of force majeure (e.g. death, natural disasters such as fire/water), both parties may withdraw from this contract without incurring any costs.
